oh boy!!! the roofers scared the heck out of her!
i am sure this is not great help for you but i *guess* what i would do if this happened is to try and take her out once you know the roofers are GONE FOR GOOD ... maybe hold her in your arms and just take her out again so she can look at her surroundings and see everything is "back to normal" ... maybe try and put her down and give her some treats or throw a toy around and play with her?
since she is only a year old, i am sure she will recover quickly and hopefully will remember the floors are not where she is supposed to potty
