I got the ASPCA insurance and so far they have helped with 1 vet charge per year and all vaccines and any illness. I know they don't cover any prexisting condition or any hereditary conditions. The store where i got him coveres hereditary for 2 years. However they have paid on the rest, i have only had it for 4 mos. but i can't complain yet. The 80% they pay has helped. Sorry you had a bad experience.
