A cocker spaniel.....OUTSIDE???? ALL THE TIME??? Now if I had a cocker, it would be inside most of the time.....Believe me, I've been tempted to go pet or talk to or take treats to some dogs I've seen chained and left outdoors but they always look like they want me for dinner
since they obviously hadn't gotten any love and attention........so unfortunately that idea fades fast...
