I talked to the vet hospital again tonight and Lucy seems to be resting comfortably. She is able to lift her head now. She heard her name while the vet tech was talking to me and lifted her head to see what that was about. She is urinating without the catheter, so that's good. It sounds like she will be able to come home tomorrow. I will know for sure in the morning.
