does he have fleas? it sounds like fleas or some skin rash and worms or something (they drag their butt like that when they have worms.. OR if they are itching!)

i read on here that oatmeal shampoo helps relieve itchiness...

thats all i know though :/ im sure someone else can help you better!

oh oh! sometimes their food can make their skin really itchy... maybe its that?
