Welcome to YT! That is awesome that you have a lab and a yorkie! I bet they are a cute pair! You better figure out a way to post pictures!
I think you would be ok feeding 3 times a day. Puppies will take all the nourishment they can get, so as long as you are feeding them something good, then let them chow down! It is just important that they have plenty of strength to grow.
