Around here we pay upto 8% ..that is why we sold our last two homes our self....each time for $20.000 more that we paid.....but I also think we were very lucky selling it on our own...the house we live in was sold by the owners and we found out that you can get a better deal on a house by going with people who sell on their own because they are not paying listing fees....just something to think about. |
