Nope! We are trying to do this the smart way, even if it means renting while building or trying to find a new house. We want to move to a less expensive area. We found a house we really like for a little less than our townhome so now we are anxious to get our house listed so this house might still be available. Unfortunately I just started some home improvement projects that need to be finished first.

Our neighbors tried FSBO with little luck.
