I called the vet, actually his vet, since they have seen him when the breeder brought him in ther for his puppy check and shots, and talked to my moms friend who has been the vet tech there for over 20 years. She said to keep an eye on him and that it could be something he ate, but to watch him.
He is super gassy right now. Lots of stinky puppy toots. I might get him some mylicon drops if it isnt better soon.
