At this age, puppies can easily (and quickly) ingest something that could cause a mucus reaction that in turn could cause a bit of blood (pinkish/reddish). Keep a very, very close eye on it. If it continues, worsens, turns to diarrhea - get to a vet for a stool check - bc then you'd want to consider coccidia, giardia etc. (or at least rule it out).
