If it were me, I would eliminate all relatives from my lines. I would spay and neuter sire and dam (and any other dogs back in the pedigree if I owned them). I would also spay/neuter any offspring I had from either sire, dam, or both. I would also contact anyone that bought offspring that had any of those dogs in their pedigree and have the dog checked out for the condition.
