OH MY GOODNESS!!!! I'd have HAD to pitch a fit on that one!!! and no way would I have paid them!! they'd have been giving me something!!! like an apology and explanation!! my sister has a Bishon,, she took in and came back in 2 or 3 hours to pick her up,, it was HORRIBLE what they'd done that baby,,shocked her so,, she paid,, then walked around,, then went back, ,and they gave her a big apology and full refund Plus!!
and as for us, now if ours get a bad cut,, no one to blame but ourselves,, as we've had it and are learning to do our girls ourselves,, new clippers get here tomorrow!! Daisy Look Out!! she'd getting a big trim!
