As for the papers I am not really for sure what to do. Visit AKC's Website www.akc.org and also here is what I copied off AKC's website for you. I called them to ask them some questions and they were VERY helpful, they can also give you advise.

This office is responsible for handling all calls involving any type of registration question or problem. When you want any AKC registration forms or answers to registration questions, this is the office to call. If you are calling about a registration application, keep in mind that the normal processing time is approximately two to three weeks.
