I think it really depends on how much time you have to spend with them, how many previous litters they've had (and how many babies were in each), and how experienced you are. Since you're new at this I wouldn't recommend breeding more than one of the girls at a time. Having a litter is A LOT more work than anyone realizes until they do it!!
