Well if you want to row the hair long, then you can just let it grow. It depends on the look you want. If the hair over the eyes is getting long and you want to cut it sorter you can trim above the eyes.... I would say look at pics of yorkies on here and decide what look you are going for. If you are growing the coat out I wouldn't cut it.
