Wow, that is one complicated diet. If you don't mind me asking where did you get the diet from? At first glance I can see several items that may cause him difficulty. Cheerios? They are full of sugar and chemicals. Fruit? I'd not recommend giving a puppy fruit of any kind until they are at least a year old and even then it would be only now and again as a special treat.
These little guys can have very sensitive stomachs and it is best to keep them on one vet approved puppy food and one vet approved treat. You can try adding other things once the dog is older and their systems have had a chance to develop. The combination of puppy food, lamb & rice, chicken, fruit, cereal, treats is far too much for his stomach to handle. I'd suggest you restrict him to puppy food and dog biscuits/treats. Actually I prefer to use dry puppy food as treats. I learned the hard way to scale down the variety of stuff the dogs were getting.
