JUST ASK ! If that offends a reputable breeder with nothing to hide then you want to hang up the phone and run the other way -
to ask questions of a breeder is no more unreasonable than for all us breeders to ask a bazillion questions about where our babies are going - as a matter of fact i am suspicious of someone that doesn't ask questions. I have found that its either a pet shop or someone totally unfit for my babies if they are willing to just buy -no questions asked but since i never sell that way , it doesn't work with me and as a buyer you have as much right to investigate the seller as the breeder has a right to check the buyer .
So just make a list of questions then call or email - then you won't leave out important things and right after you get off the phone or computer realize you didn't ask several or even one thing that was improtant to you. write down the answers she gives you so there is no misunderstanding - or you can even do all this by email even though i always follow up with a phone call as i can learn a great deal by the actual voice contact .
It would be good to ask about her on here as surely someone has done business with her.
Does this help ? Good luck and i hope you have a new baby soon.
