I had to laugh though, b/c a week or so ago, I thought I'd train Max the "SIT" command, using treats. He picked it up so FAST....but now, he sees the treats, and he sits immediately before I even say it, LOL. I'm not sure exactly where I lost control of the situation  , but I think HE's the one who trained ME, hehe. They're very smart! |
Kaba does the same thing, almost. I taught her sit (which part of me thinks she only does it cause she gets bored from waiting for the treat) and then we moved on the lay down. She will not sit for me at ALL anymore. Goes directly into laying down. Kind of aggravating! I'm not sure what to do. Laying down was such a chore in the first place to teach her as was sit. She is a lot more challenging than any other dog I've ever trained. (all other breeds, bigger dogs)
