Some vets do give four sets but they would give them at maybe 6, 9, 12 and 16 weeks. Two weeks apart is not far enough apart in my opinion. Three shots is the maximum needed but because of maternal antibody interference (and more potential for side effects), those three sets shouldn't be started so young...
