Yes, your little boy is becoming a man. He will begin marking his territory, so encourage him with praise when he is outside. Little boys pee on every piece of grass, branch, over male & female pee pee to leave their scent. Do you know what a belly band is? Unless he is confined and/or watched carefully, it is a life saver especially when visiting other homes.
