I accidently stepped on my Cooper's paw a few weeks back and his nail completely came out. I was able to take him to the vet and all they did was clean up the blood (there was quite a bit) and gave me some antibiotics.
Since you can't get to the vet today, I would keep the paw clean and keep an eye on her. I'm sure she will be fine!
