It irritates me when people who know their dog isn't good with other dogs let them offleash. Once, I was at Tunxis with Cailee (they are allowed off-leash on the trails) and my well-trained Cailee is walking along, when all of a sudden this vicious pitbull comes running up to her and *luckily* stops about 10ft away from Cailee and is barking, growling and lunging. Her owner came running up and started yelling at the dog. I just walked away as quickly as possible I was so freaked. He never even appologized.
I always leave Rika on a leash because she can be a brat sometimes to certain dogs and she tries to bite their noses. Lol.
