I had one that I got for my cats before I got Bitsy.
The cats loved drinking out of it, but it was such a PITA to clean and fill, even though I only really needed to clean it once a week.

I had the fountain for about a year then the motor died. I now use three regular water bowls that I fill and clean once a day, and I find it so much easier and cleaner.

Another important thing about using a regular bowl is that you can actually monitor how much your pet is drinking. With the fountain, I never knew how much water was actually being drunk.
