Thanks for posting that! We give vitamin E along with the Hepatosupport.

I know that many people use marin with success, but for people with dogs that have history of severe hepatic encephalopathy symptoms, I don't feel comfortable recommending a pill that contains two ingredients (yeast and liver) that are not recommended for them. I realize that they are small amounts and are merely for flavor, but in my humble opinion, this can make an impact on very sensitive dogs over time since it is given everyday. I prefer to error on the side of caution.
