If it's just a small little hard bump, it is most likely a reaction to the sutures...it's pretty common. I don't think Lacy had one, but my youngest cat, Sophie, did. I could feel a lump in her abdomen for several months but it's gone now. If you're worried though, take her in and let them look at it.
