Just remember the importance of giving lactulose consistently. Keep an eye on BMs, and make sure they both go 2x per day and SOFT. If you do this, you can avoid seizures and hepatic encephalopathy in most cases.
Also, I wanted to remind you of the Marin. I would recommend switching to plain milk thistle or hepatosupport and vitamin E added.
