- nope I haven't heard of her. How is her name on the Prisoners of Greed website? Is it in a pdf form linked to them? I round a breeder that way - and it seems to just be a list of folks who are licensed by the USDA - which in itself can mean puppymill, but I also know some folks are confused and think they have to be licensed to breed dogs. I've seen people come on here asking how to get licensed.
