Wellness has one with fish that could be lower allergen. It might be too rich for some dogs though....it's worth a try.

California Natural is okay but their company is in a lawsuit...don't know if that matters to you.

Evangers makes some excellent canned foods and there might be a few low allergen ones.

Natural Balance (although they were involved in the recall last year) has some good allergy formulas.

Some of these canned foods (not Evangers) are probably made at Menu Foods if that is a concern for you...

Canned foods can be richer or higher in fat and protein than kibble, so some dogs don't tolerate it very well.
