It's your son's baptism! Even though there will be wine, I highly doubt that anyone will be getting sloppy drunk at a baptism reception...People just don't do that!! Forgive me for being ignorant, but is a baptism a party for children?
I thought it was babies that got baptized, and therefore adults would be in attendance.
So if I were you i would do what I wanted to.
Your friend does not have to drink if she does not wish to.
