On the site, it says " PB2 has 75% less fat, high protein and still maintains the full flavor of regular peanut butter. Essentially, the oil is squeezed out of roasted peanuts and what remains is our famous powdered peanut butter." You can read about it, it's pretty cool. Tastes great w/ yogurt. You can add water and use as regular PB too, yum.
