In the future if this happens but its a lot more chocolate.....You can induce vomiting but giving them 1/2 tspn of Peroxide....the kind ya keep around for boo boo's......but this has to be done within 45 minutes of eating the chocolate.
I know this because Diggy ate equivalent of 3 hersey kisses. I called vet immediately and this is the instructions they gave me
Good to know just encase they eat something they shouldnt. I would always consult vet first but when thats not possible its an option. There are lots of posts on here about when and when not to ude peroxide too.
