Pugs are the most adorable, affectionate, cuddly breed ....after yorkies of course!! I owned a pug for 7 years (sadly he died under anestesia by an incompetent vet ) They want to be included in the family and need your presence and affection a lot, my percy got along perfectly fine with my older pekinese so I am assuming they should do fine with a yorkie too. As far as health problems watch out for genetic issues (like in any breed) and in the summer they do not like the heat much, but in general they tend to be quite healthy. On a funny note...they snore!! The only negative thing I can think of is that they do shed a lot but you can improve that with lots of brushing. Overall a great loving dog, I would buy one right now but my son has allergies and we were afraid that he may have a bad reaction to it because of the hair loss. Hope this helps
