I'm trying to get my puppy to go outside to use the bathroom. We tried the pads and he just was not getting it at all. I'm not sure how long I should let him stay out and try to go because the weather is very cold. It is in the 20's and 30's. He gets to shivering. I try to take him every couple hours if he wont go I take him more often. I put him in a doggie pen if he don't go and I do have a little heater fan I let him lay next to to warm up. Will the cold weather hurt him? I'm trying so hard to get him trained but it is not easy. He is a very hard headed pup. Anyone with any advice I would appreciate it.
