I highly recommend feeding raw. I've been feeding Nature's Variety raw for over a year and a half and Lacy has done great on it. She even had a full blood panel done in October (after over a year of eating raw) and everything was perfect.

I also feed my two cats raw and canned. I just recently switched my oldest cat to only raw. She is 8 years old and has always had chronic allergies...hair loss, itchiness, etc. I had never found a food that worked before, even the canned NV rabbit food. But on the NV raw rabbit she has never looked better. She has almost completely regrown all her hair in 2 months and looks great!
