Our diets are made up of so much more protein than ever before and way more than most other cultures. In my opinion it's really overstated in our country.

Just an example taken from a typical day in my daughter's life:
breakfast- cereal
lunch- peanut butter sandwich
snack- granola bar

Already, without even trying that is 27g of protein.

I try to cook balanced dinners including whole grains, veggies, legumes, beans and sometimes I cheat and use fake meat. It is really easy.

oh wow very good, I eat a peanut butter sandwich for lunch everyday
