Just an example taken from a typical day in my daughter's life:
breakfast- cereal
lunch- peanut butter sandwich
snack- granola bar
Already, without even trying that is 27g of protein.
I try to cook balanced dinners including whole grains, veggies, legumes, beans and sometimes I cheat and use fake meat. It is really easy. |
oh wow very good, I eat a peanut butter sandwich for lunch everyday
