I just bought a new nail clipper that runs on batteries. Red is when you are in the quick zone. Yellow, is too close and when it turns green then it is safe to cut. I hate cutting their nails. Years ago when I was grooming (just learning) I cut a little dogs nail too short and bled something terrible. Ever since then it makes my stomach feel sick to do nails I am so afraid of cutting them too short. |
