I hate going to the doctor too! And i worked for one for 6 years! But I hate going. It's such a load of hooey & wasted of time & money especially when they don't know you, or worse are Student Doctors and want to go over everything. I went for a Cold last month, and a Student Doctor saw me. Good Lord. I thought I would never get out of there. He hardly addressed my cold. Wanted to address cholestrol, mammograms (yes I get them!), ob/gyn appts (Yes, I get that too!!!) , my deceased parents. Son-of-a-b***ch, I was so ready to leave it wasn't funny. And did I get anti-biotics? no. So I continued to cough up yellow stuff for another 2 weeks until it worked itself out because they wouldn't give me anything. I was coughing up yellow stuff for a MONTH prior to seeing the "doctor" because I didn't want to go. I thought heck a month of sickness should warrant antibiotics... but no, just a "talkin' to" by some kid doctor. Grrrrr.r.r.r.r.r.r.rrr!!!!! |
