I think there were some comments in this thread about the dremels catching the animal's hair and wrapping it around the spinning thingy at the end. I have heard of people putting the dog's nail through a net to hold the hair away from the spinning file so it won't catch. The really cool thing about this tool is that it has a plastic guard on it that keeps the hair away from the spinning end. I just hope the issues are resolved with this company soon like they say they are.

by the way one of the people I talked to today at cust svc said they are busy sending out the replacement batterys now just in case you got a bad one.

Just thought I would mention this so you can decide if you want the dremel.
