I think the norm is that people dont have problems with more than one. If you look at the pics and vids on here they seem to love each other. In my case the second was a very bad idea . It was the new one that caused the problem and we had serious issues and werent able to part with either of them. We learned to manage the fighting as best we could and separated them when we werent around.

It was very stressful for all of us including our older yorkie who we thought we were helping by getting a second for companionship.

I really do think our story is rare but at the same time it is always something to consider.
