[Doodlebug]

I called the company AGAIN (these is my 5th and 6th calls to this company) today to inquire about my refund that I have been waiting 5 weeks for. I cancelled this order back in Jan and was told it would take 1-3 wks to get my refund. It has been 5 weeks and Nothing. None of these phone numbers seem to get you in contact with anyone who knows what is going on.

One of the ladies I spoke to today said my cancellation seemed to have been processed on Feb 7. THREE WEEKS after I cancelled it. They are NOW telling me it will not be credited on my account, but I should get a check in the mail. What will they tell me next???

I have emailed Jayden Drelinger about 30 times and he does not respond.

I would be very cautious in dealing with this company. Something does not seem to be right with it.
