i recently made Rex a treat and i use it when I eat so he is to busy to beg
my recipe that i made up is;
peanut butter
little apple chunks[really little]
cheerios
broken up treats
i take the peanut butter and evenly sspread a thin layer over a small plastic plate.take the other ingrediants and sprinkle them over the layer of peanut butter . freeze overnight. i take it away wen i finish eating and give it to him again next time i eat
