My guess, you say you've had her since she was 3 months old. My questions did this behavior start now. If it is traumatic from her past it would have manifested sooner but if it started recent find out what has happened to her, who comes in contact with her, groomer, etc. because she definitely has some issues. On the other hand whenever medication is given like Prozac she needs to be followed up with the vet, it is very important because of the titration in doses, same as for us folks. Please be patient with her.
