I sure would be wary of buying for a breeder that inexperienced. Everyone starts somewhere and has to go through a first litter, but a breeder should know what to expect and what needs to be done before breeding. It sounds like this breeder is clueless...I'm sure they didn't do any health screening before breeding either. With as many health problems as yorkies have, I sure wouldn't buy from someone clueless...way too big of a risk.
You can have tails and dewclaws done when they are older. I wouldn't do the tail...It would be an amputation and painful. But the dewclaws I would have removed...you can do it at the same you time spay/neuter. A friend of mine has a yorkie and one of his dewclaws grew back so she had it removed when he was neutered.
