Tammy if she is congested I would suggest getting her to the vet ASAP these little ones can get sick very fast and before you know it, lose them...the vet will prescribe the clavamox or amoxy or what ever is needed. The open font also should be checked, puppies with open fonts tend to be much more fragile and need extra care.
