A hypoglycemic puppy at 3 weeks???
That seems a little strange. I would have her checked by a vet, it could definitely be something serious. Usually hypoglycemia or sugar drops don't occur until they're weaning and switching to dry food. Do you have the mom on a high calorie puppy food?
