I have a 1 yr. old female yorkie who always chooses my fiance ove me. I take care of her the most, feeding, bathing, walking, peeing/pooping, she sits in my office. He helps with the potty training and taking her to our office or home. When given a choice, she always pick him to sit/sleep next to. When she gets hurt or injures herself, she runs away from me even if I have nothing to do with her injury and runs to him for protection. Last week he dropped a ice cream bucket on her head. She ran away scared and didn't come to either one of us for protection. She seemed like she blamed me for it even though I was nowhere near her. Last night Adam was playing ball with her while I sat on the couch and watched. As she was carrying the ball back to him, she kept looking at me and suddenly decided she was scared of me. What am I doing wrong to make her scared of me? How do I fix this?
