I just gave 2 of my young boys away this week-end. They didnt turn out for showing and I happened to find two of the most wonderful families over the week-end that were looking for a small dog. I had been hoping for quite a while that this would happen. They were friends of a friend as she told them about me. So far, so good!! The dogs seem to be adjusting well and the families just love them!!!
So, "free or cheap" dogs are not unheard of without it being a scam. Its too bad though, that this is not always the case.
