I know that because Kayah has the same back....
I was talking to a reputable breeder (and a couple other people) at the Yorkie Fair.. and I said that she had roach back.. they all looked at me like I was nuts and when into explaining what roach back is and what it looks like (I don't remember though, sorry)..
They said that you can semi-straighten it out by "hanging" them at a table edge (hold them to the edge... hopefully you know what I mean)..
I didn't do that I just hold her in the air for a few seconds every so often.. It seemed to help
