I would like them to do something on how to deal with work/bosses, other people when you lose a pet - I think that should be covered in bereavement days - because I spend more time with my animals, I would likely find the loss of my furbabies, more difficult than the loss of some people within my life. ( I hope that doesn't sound crass - I think you all know what it means to dote on these little ones everyday.
