Maybe buy him a pack of doggy bags at the buck store and tell him where he can buy his next pack..I bet alot of people dont think twice about picking up their own dogs poop..

Around here, there is NO enforcement of picking up after your dogs, most people would be surprised to even think you would do such a thing. Actually there's not a lot of people who even walk their dogs....even fewer who bother to use leashes. It's an old community, most people grew up in the country, and the rest are very trashy in general. I use bags on my walks, but have never seen another person do so.

Also, there is very little enforcement of any law regarding the number of animals you can have in town. Our neighbor throws out cat food all over her porch for all the stray cats....they contantly walk across our back yard....I am seriously thinking of trapping them.
